  • Ran monthly full-site audits (3.5K URLs), maintained a 57 health score, and prioritized 29 SEO issues across 13 pages (7 high severity, 22 low).

  • Fixed critical meta and on-page issues caused by a redesign, including missing/multiple title tags, missing meta descriptions, oversized HTML, and missing image alt attributes.

  • Diagnosed page speed and Core Web Vitals issues (mobile score 21, desktop 49) and recommended image optimization, reduced JS execution, and UX improvements to lower bounce risk.

  • Audited 79+ local listings (4.8/5.0 average rating), identified 14 listings to fix, and addressed NAP/URL consistency across two websites.

  • Ensured presence on major directories (Google Business Profile, Yahoo, YP.com, Facebook, etc.) and recommended more citations to improve Maps and local visibility.

Multifamily SEO Case Study: US Market

  • Grew organic keyword footprint to 157+ tracked terms for a competitive Greenwood, IN apartment market, including brand and non-brand queries.

  • Achieved top-10 rankings for core intent keywords

  • Contributed to 4,900+ sessions in 3 months (Feb 6–May 5) with organic search as a major channel (approx. 25% of traffic), supporting continuous lead generation.
